心理护理干预对抑郁症患者临床效果的影响(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨心理护理干预在抑郁症患者临床治疗中的价值。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年6月就診于我院的抑郁症患者120例，以随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗和护理)与观察组(对照组基础上增加心理护理干预)，各60例，比较两组患者的干预效果。结果 干预后，两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、自尊量表(SES)评分、自我和谐量表(SCCS)评分以及生活质量评分较干预前显著改善(P<0.05)，且观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗的基础上，给予抑郁症患者心理护理干预，能够显著提高患者的治疗效果，改善其生活质量，值得在临床广泛开展。
